At reception, our staff greet you with a smile. Our clinic’s philosophy is to do for patients what we’d be glad to have done for us, and with that in mind, we take care to guide first-time visitors and ease any nerves.
Just ask us about anything: appointments, payment, or questions about your treatment. We can also help you in Chinese, so even if you’re not confident in Japanese, you can talk to us without worry.

Built Around Your Privacy
The treatment room is designed with patient privacy in mind. Many people feel uneasy about having the inside of their mouth seen, or tense at the thought of another patient right next to them.
We leave a reasonable amount of space between treatment chairs so you can feel settled during treatment. If you come with your child, we set a chair beside the treatment chair so you can stay together.
