How to Book
At 歯科ハミール高田88, we offer several ways to book an appointment to suit your schedule. You can choose from phone, online booking, or LINE booking.
Booking by Phone

Sat & Sun: 10:00–18:00
Closed: public holidays, New Year holidays
Online Booking
You can book anytime, 24 hours a day. Book from your computer or smartphone whenever is convenient for you.
How Web Booking Works
- Go to the online booking page
- Select your preferred date and time
- Enter the required information (name, phone number, email address, etc.)
- Describe your symptoms or what you’d like to discuss
- Submit
After checking your booking details, we will contact you. Once your booking is confirmed, we will let you know by email or phone.
LINE Booking
You can also book through LINE. Just book from the LINE app you already use.
How LINE Booking Works
- Add our official LINE account as a friend
- Open the chat screen
- Select the Booking Menu
- Enter your preferred date and time and the required information
- Submit
You can add us as a friend from our website or with a QR code. Replies to LINE bookings may take some time. If it’s urgent, we recommend booking by phone.
Things to Know When Booking
Allow Yourself Plenty of Time
The time needed varies depending on the treatment. We allow up to about an hour for new patients, and about 30 minutes to an hour for returning patients. If you have another appointment afterward, please leave enough time in your schedule when you book.
Please Tell Us About Any Symptoms
If you have pain or swelling, a filling has come out, or you have any other symptom, please be sure to tell us when you book. We will prioritize emergency care accordingly.
First-Time Patients
For new patients, we allow up to about an hour, including filling out the medical questionnaire and the examination. Please come with some time to spare.
If You Think You Will Be Late
If you think you will be late for your appointment, please call us as early as possible. If you expect a long delay, we may suggest changing to a different time.
Changing or Canceling Your Appointment
To protect each patient’s valuable time and provide high-quality care, we see patients by appointment only. We have a few requests to keep every patient’s visit a pleasant one.
About Our Appointment System (Aiming for Zero Wait Time)
We aim for “zero wait time” and get ready in advance so treatment can start right at your appointment time. We see patients by appointment only to keep waits as short as possible, so please do not walk in without one. Call us before you come.
* We may be able to accept urgent patients even on the same day, so please call and ask us first.
How to Change or Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know by the day before your appointment. Contacting us early allows us to offer that time slot to another patient who is waiting for a cancellation.

As a general rule, please contact us by phone during clinic hours. Outside clinic hours or on a day we’re closed, you can also reach us through our online booking system, LINE, or the inquiry form on our website.

About Same-Day Lateness and Cancellations
Being Late
Arriving late creates a wait for other patients’ appointments, and can also mean we are unable to carry out the treatment you wanted. If you are unable to make it to your appointment on time, please be sure to call us in advance. If 10 minutes pass after your appointment time and we have not heard from you, we may cancel your appointment automatically.
Same-Day Cancellation
For a same-day cancellation as well, please call us as early as possible to let us know.
A Request Regarding No-Shows
Please do not miss appointments without letting us know. Canceling appointments can harm your teeth, increase the number of visits or length of treatment needed, and in some cases make it impossible for us to treat you here, so keeping your treatment on schedule is very important. If you miss an appointment without notice, you will no longer be able to book appointments in advance.
Effect on Treatment
Ongoing care matters for dental treatment. Keeping to the planned schedule can help stop cavities and periodontal disease from progressing and protect your oral health. If treatment is delayed by a cancellation or a break in treatment, your symptoms may get worse or your treatment may take longer. To protect your teeth, please keep to your planned visits.
For Urgent Cases

If you need to be seen right away, for example for a sudden toothache or swelling or a filling that has come out, please contact us by phone (03-6709-6866) first.
Once you tell us your symptoms, we will see you as soon as we can. Because we prioritize patients with appointments, you may need to wait longer, but we will provide emergency care.

How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to a month ahead. Weekends in particular get busy, so we recommend booking early.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We do not charge a cancellation fee. That said, for the sake of other patients, please let us know as early as you can.
