About 0.1–0.5mm of the tooth surface was prepared before bonding thin ceramic shells (Angel Veneer).

No anesthetic was used in this case, and little pain was reported.

Risks & side effects
Because ceramic is bonded onto the tooth, it adds a small amount to the thickness of the original tooth (you may notice some discomfort until you get used to it).

Because ultrathin ceramic is used, it may crack or come off if strong force is applied. Depending on your bite, this treatment may not be suitable.
