CASE 09

Clear Aligner Treatment

Invisalign for a patient in their 20s with tilted front teeth, lower crowding and a deep bite | Before Treatment | 歯科ハミール高田88 Case

BEFORE

Invisalign for a patient in their 20s with tilted front teeth, lower crowding and a deep bite | After Treatment | 歯科ハミール高田88 Case

AFTER

Treatment
Full-arch Invisalign treatment included intrusion of the front teeth, a movement into the supporting bone, to adjust bite height. Correction of the deep bite reduced strain on the jaw joint and changed the facial profile (E-line).
Duration & visits
Duration: about 2 to 3 years. Visits: once every 1.5 to 3 months
Cost
Total ¥1,012,000 (tax included) (breakdown: Invisalign Premium package). *This is a complex full-arch orthodontic plan that includes improving bite function.
Risks & side effects
Root resorption (shortening of the tooth root) may occur. Because the bite changes, you may feel temporary jaw fatigue or discomfort during treatment. Because this is a difficult case, treatment may take longer than usual.

CASE 08

Clear Aligner Treatment

Invisalign for a patient in their 30s with crowded front teeth and difficulty brushing between overlapping teeth | Before Treatment | 歯科ハミール高田88 Case

BEFORE

Invisalign for a patient in their 30s with crowded front teeth and difficulty brushing between overlapping teeth | After Treatment | 歯科ハミール高田88 Case

AFTER

Treatment
Invisalign clear, removable aligners were used with a ClinCheck 3D treatment plan. A sequence of aligners moved the teeth into the planned positions. Interproximal reduction (IPR), the removal of a small amount of enamel between teeth, created space without extraction.
Duration & visits
About 1 to 2 years. Visits: once every 1.5 to 3 months (follow-up and receiving aligners)
Cost
Total ¥880,000 (tax included) (breakdown: Invisalign Standard package). *A package plan with no limit on the number of aligners until treatment is complete.
Risks & side effects
If you do not wear the aligners for the required time (at least 20 hours a day), your teeth will not move as planned. At the start of treatment or when switching to a new aligner, you may feel a tightening pain in your teeth. After treatment ends, there is a risk of relapse unless you use a retainer.
